I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts. One worked great and the kids loved it. The other one, we had issues with it prematurely turning off. I reached out to customer service - quick response, kind, and easy to work with! They are sending a replacement and I don’t have to fuss with sending the broken one back. 10/10 recommend

I ordered this same sealer last year. We always wondered why it didn’t work good. Then we realized the strip that seals it was not there anymore. We didn’t use it that much that it should be gone. But we just ordered and received another exactly the same. The sealing strip is wider and looks and works better. I think someone should’ve made it right we me but whatever. I have it now and it’s not broken!!
